The suite we booked was very clean and nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a central area with good transport connections. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the breakfast served was fresh and delicious.
Some budget rooms have no windows, which can be a bit uncomfortable. The entry to the hotel is not easy to find, so relying on GPS is necessary.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. It is right in the heart of the shopping and tourist district, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. You won't be able to find a better deal in terms of location. the staff are friendly and go out of their way to ensure your stay is relaxing. The view from the rooms is also a great bonus, with a picturesque outlook of the bustling streets below.
Some of the furniture and equipment in the hotel is starting to show signs of wear and tear.

As a person with physical handicaps, I really appreciated the hotel's easy access to public transport and nearby amenities. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
I felt so welcome during my stay at this hotel, and I have nothing to complain about.
